This document establishes the commercial covenants, operational boundaries, data governance standards, and service level agreements governing all visibleloop client relationships.
Deliverable Scope: Leads vs. Booked Appointments
visibleloop operates as a high-leverage client acquisition engine delivering measurable commercial growth. Operational boundaries are strictly defined by the client's contracted tier:
The deliverable strictly ends at qualified lead delivery into the client's webhook or CRM. visibleloop provides full audience identification, multi-channel capture, 7-point identity verification, and enrichment. The client's internal sales team assumes custody the moment the verified lead is delivered.
The deliverable encompasses both qualified lead generation and autonomous AI Setter appointment booking. AI setters actively nurture, converse with, and convert qualified prospects directly into confirmed meetings on the client's sales calendar, eliminating manual SDR overhead.
Every delivered lead record and booked appointment must satisfy all seven mandatory checkpoints: (1) Verified real human identity, (2) Active telecom-pinged phone line and verified deliverable email, (3) Zero duplication against historical account records, (4) Strict ICP criteria match, (5) Strict geographic match, (6) Satisfaction of intake rules, and (7) Explicit commercial interest demonstrated through voluntary submission.
Contractual Covenant: visibleloop internal AI agents handle market research and proven funnel replication. Clients receive tangible commercial pipeline (leads and appointments) without the latency or expense of manual media buyers.
Retainer & Media Spend Funding Agreement
Client commercial relationships are governed by explicit monthly retainer commitments and mandatory separate advertising budgets:
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, telecom carrier aggregators, email distribution relays) or billed as a pass-through disbursement. Agency retainers cover autonomous AI systems, campaign strategy, creative assets, verification pipelines, AI setters, and infrastructure execution.
Privacy Policy & Data Security Governance
visibleloop adheres to strict enterprise data protection standards under CCPA, GDPR, and international data privacy frameworks:
- Zero Reselling Covenant: Leads generated for a client are 100% exclusive. visibleloop NEVER resells, co-brokers, distributes, or shares proprietary leads generated under your account with any other client or third party.
- Encryption Standards: All data transmissions between client endpoints, AI operators, and intake forms are secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Lead payloads at rest are encrypted using AES-256.
- Access Control: Client portal access is restricted to authenticated account holders. Non-clients and unauthenticated traffic are permanently barred from viewing campaign performance logs, lead records, or AI chat logs.
Master Terms of Service
By authorizing a retainer, accessing the client portal, or receiving lead records, client agrees to these Master Terms:
1. Client Obligations: Client agrees to supply accurate ICP specifications, target geography parameters, and prompt review of staged creative assets. Delays in client creative approvals do not extend or pause the monthly retainer cycle.
2. Intellectual Property: Client owns all delivered lead records in perpetuity upon successful retainer payment. visibleloop retains all proprietary rights, trade secrets, algorithms, and software code powering the autonomous lead acquisition engine.
3. Term & Cancellation: Following the completion of the mandatory 3-month commitment, retainers renew on a monthly rolling basis unless written termination notice is delivered 30 days prior to the subsequent billing cycle.
Lead Quality Dispute & Replacement Protocol
We maintain absolute transparency through a formal dispute and replacement mechanism:
- Disconnected or non-working telephone number at time of delivery.
- Hard-bounced email address confirmed via SMTP server rejection.
- Exact duplicate of a contact previously delivered under the client account.
- Physical location verifiably outside the contracted target geography.
Telecom, Anti-Spam & Regulatory Compliance
All acquisition activities comply rigorously with national and international communication standards:
- CAN-SPAM & CASL Compliance: All email acquisition flows feature clear commercial disclosure, physical business postal address, and instantaneous opt-out processing.
- TCPA & 10DLC Standards: SMS and mobile conversational qualifiers run strictly over registered 10DLC carrier routes with explicit prior consent logging and immediate STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE compliance.
- Advertising Platform Standards: Creatives conform strictly to Google Ads Policy, Meta Advertising Standards, and commercial truth-in-advertising guidelines.
